Health & Physical Education
In health the emphasis is on students being able to describe the physical, social, spiritual, emotional and intellectual processes of their growth, relating these to features of their development and learning effective self-management strategies to keep themselves safe.
Topics studied include: personal identity and self-worth, resilience, values/attitudes and beliefs, decision making, risk management and sexuality.
