We have all our current policies stored on the SchoolDocs website. Please follow the process below to login and view any polices which are currently under review.
https://www.schooldocs.co.nz This will take you to the SchoolDocs site where you can follow the prompt on the top right hand side and find Stratford High School.
Once you have chosen Stratford High School you will be directed to the login screen (shown below):

Quick Guide to School Docs for parents/caregivers.
- Visit the website https://stratfordhigh.schooldocs.co.nz/1893.htm
- Enter the username (stratfordhigh) and password (swansearoad4332).
- Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed.
- Read the policy.
- Click the Policy Review button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Select the reviewer type “Parent”.
- Enter your name (optional).
- Submit your ratings and comments.
If you don’t have internet access, school office staff can provide you with printed copies of the policy and a review form.
