New Parent Information

School visits are welcomed for prospective students. Please phone the school office on 06 765 6039 to make an appointment.
Enrolment forms for new students can be downloaded here or they can be collected from the school office. Please complete the enrolment form and either drop it into the school office or email it to


All parents and caregivers are asked to make a voluntary payment of $70 per student ($100 maximum for 2 or more students per family) for general fees/donation each year. This fee can be paid as a single payment; four term payments of $20.00 per term or via an automatic payment or internet banking. See the information below for ways to make payment.

Administration Fee

An administration fee of $20.00 is charged each year. Upon payment of this charge, students will receive a $7 printing allocation to allow them to print or photocopy and they will receive their Student ID card.  This contribution also goes towards the costs of producing our PEAK magazine each year.

Automatic Payment

Parents can set up an automatic payment to cover schooling costs. When setting up the automatic payment, consider a minimum payment of $15.00 per week, which is sufficient to pay for all school, curriculum and sport costs for a student during the year.

Payments will be automatically applied to “required payments”. Subsequent payments will sit as a credit on the student’s account. If you would like to have payments allocated to the “voluntary payments”, please email with the details.

You can set this up by either using your bank’s online banking services or downloading the Automatic Payment Authority form and taking this to your bank. Please remember to use the students’ name for any payments.


The school office has EFTPOS available for payment of school accounts.

Internet Banking

Parents are able to pay with internet banking – details are on the school invoice. Please remember to use the student name as reference for any payments.

If you would like a one-off payment to be allocated to a specific item, please add a description in your reference details eg. J Bloggs TOPEC

We have completed our lockdown exercise and all students, staff and persons on-site are safely accounted for. Everyone did extremely well and responded to instructions. A notice will be going out to parents/caregivers tonight to provide some more information about our emergency lockdown procedures.
