Student Leadership

During August each year, the student leadership process begins to find out who will be the student leadership team for the following year.
Students have to apply for a leadership position. The application document requires students to reflect on their schooling and then consider what leadership is.

Students who apply for Head student are required to complete a presentation to the panel. The panel consists of the Senior Leadership Team and the Year 12 Dean.
All students speak to the school assembly.
All staff and students are then given the opportunity to vote for their preferred student leadership team. These results are used to inform and guide the panel but are not final.
The Head Boy and Head Girl are announced at Senior Prizegiving. The other leadership positions are communicated later in Term 4.

House Leaders are found in Term 1. Houses work through the application and voting process themselves.
